A Difficult Summary

High level: cath balloon apparently didn't fix coarctation yesterday (according to Dr. Jerk), his pulmonary artery is also small/narrow & apparently he's had a leaky mitral valve (news to us). Not leaving until he can get into the OR for the Glenn & to fix all the additional complications. Please pray like never before!!!!

  1. I'm so sorry to hear about the complications. But at least at this point they have a game plan. We will definitely keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

  2. I've been praying this morning. Something was teling me that this was going to be the case and I needed to be praying even more for Chase. God is in control and has never let you down. Keep trusting in Him.

  3. I am a friend of Tina Bentley, Anna Grace's mom. I will be praying for Chase-- for God's hand to guide the surgeons, for His comfort and peace to surrond you and your family, for wisdom for the Dr. as they make plans, for God to protect and sustain your little Rock Star through this unforseen trial. HE IS FAITHFUL.

  5. Oh, Kathy! I know you are scared to death! This is difficult news to hear, I am sure. Please know that the Keislers are praying for y'all, especially Chase. God's in control. This may not have been in your plans, but He knew this would happen long before it did. Chase is such a strong little man! God's got him in the palm of His hand. I'm praying for peace and comfort for you and God's hand to guide his surgeons.
