Making Matters Better?

Just got a call from a manager at my local Apple Store. This seems promising, but I'll wait 'til after my experience this afternoon to share the details. I'm just so thankful that I got a call back from a manager! And he was nice! AND he was helpful AND had a solution in hand when he called.

Now that's the Apple I was expecting all along!

Still do wish me luck, though... ;)

  1. I had a feeling once the story got to the manager something would get done. Also was thinking that the story might have been held from the manager up until now-who wants to tell their boss they seemed to have caused a customer to be upset.
    Each time I've been in there I've been swarmed with blue shirts wanting to help, almost to the point of annoying. I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience, especially since you love Apple products so much. Can't wait to see what if the solution works!
